Land Bank Charities seeks partner organizations that help the marginalized or in need of a second chance and to whom we can leverage our accessibility to homes, resources and grants. Ultimately, we look to invest in the lives of the vulnerable Cuyahoga County residents by helping them find a permanent, clean and safe home where they can flourish.
